Accredited Certificate / Report Equivalency Check

"Accredited Certificate/Report Equivalency Check Service" covers the confirmation letter and the evaluation of the status, scope, effective date of the accredited certificates/reports issued by the certification bodies or laboratories accredited by the bodies in the mutual recognition arrangements of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and International Accreditation Forum (IAF). 

Certificates and Reports Applicable For Accredited Certificate/Report Equivalency Check

As laid down by the legislation of the Public Procurement Authority, a confirmation letter is issued by TURKAK for the following certificates and reports granted by an accredited conformity assessment body from an accreditation body with international multilateral recognition arrangements (IAF MLA/ILAC MRA).

  1. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Management System Certificates
  2. Test Reports
  3. Calibration Certificates
  4. Inspection Reports

NOTICE: Accredited Certificate/Report Equivalency Check applications are not accepted for product certificates such as CE Marking and other management systems certificates such as ISO 13485, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, ISO 16949 which are not laid down by the legislation of the Public Procurement Authority and as a result, confirmation letter is not issued for such certificates.

Receiving Accredited Certificate/Report Equivalency Check Applications Online

TURKAK receives Accredited Certificate/Report Equivalency Check applications online from the "new TURKAK e-Portal".

Companies will pay the Accredited Certificate/Report Equivalency Check fee online after filling in all the information required in the online application form. The invoice to be issued after the payment will be sent to the company’s contact e-mail address as an e-invoice (must be written in the application form).

Companies that apply for an Online Accredited Certificate/Report Equivalency Check will be able to follow their documents with the password and reference code sent to their contact e-mail addresses during the application. They will be able to obtain their issued documents (with positive results) with QR code and e-signature from the screen opened to them. The application is not processed by hand, mail and cargo; the issued documents are submitted online.

Application Fee

As of 1 April 2022, the Accredited Certificate/Report Equivalency Check fee has been determined as 300 (Three Hundred) Euro including VAT for the organizations applying from abroad by the TURKAK Board of Management.

The fee for Accredited Certificate Equivalency Check can only be paid by credit card viaour portal.
