TÜRKAK Document Verification System is being implemented in the Calibration Sector
TÜRKAK has taken another important step in the digital transformation process. The summary TÜRKAK Document Verification System (TBDS), which was recently implemented in the Management Systems field, has now been licensed in the Calibration field. It will further strengthen quality standards by ensuring that these changes become more transparent and traceable.
With the implementation of TBDS in the field of calibration, the accuracy of certificates issued by accredited bodies can be easily verified. This system will create a fair and transparent competitive environment among accredited calibration laboratories. In addition, the obtained data will be effectively used for risk assessment in their audits. Thus, both the execution of audits and the publication of quality management will increase.
Within the scope of the system, certain information in the certificates to be kept by accredited calibration laboratories will be recorded in TBDS. QR code and document regularity code will be added to the certificates by the system. Thanks to these codes, the storage of certificates can be controlled quickly and easily. This implementation will prevent the issuance of counterfeit documents and maximize reliability.
