The 6th Version of the FSSC 22000 certification program was published on 31.03.2023. FSSC 22000 program owner has announced the transition conditions for the new version .
According to this;
Certification Bodies accredited by TÜRKAK in this field are required to complete the gap analysis detailing how they implemented the changes introduced by the FSSC 22000 program owner for FSSC 22000 Version 6 to ensure that the transition progresses on time. In this context, they must submit the following information to TÜRKAK together with the Accreditation Application (Scope Expansion) by 01 September 2023 at the latest;
Depending on the changes brought by FSSC 22000, TÜRKAK will be able to transition accredited Certification Bodies by conducting 1 man/day on-site inspection. (For the Certification Bodies that are planned to be audited, this process will be progressed in the office audit.)
Organizations accredited by TÜRKAK must complete their accreditation by 31.03.2024 at the latest.
A witness assessment will be carried out according to FSSC 22000 version 6 in the first accreditation audits after the transition audit of the Certification Bodies whose transition has been completed .
Applications of Certification Bodies that have applied for their first accreditation as of 31.07.2023 will be received according to FSSC 22000 version 6.
Accreditation assessments of Certification Bodies that have already applied for accreditation and whose accreditation assessments have not been carried out will be carried out according to FSSC 22000 version 6.
